My desire to make Bosium Strip playable has led me to brainstorm this deck and put this list together

4 Koth of the Hammer
4 Bosium Strip

4 Goblin Guide
4 Kiln Fiend
3 Grim Lavamancer

4 Rite of Flame
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Chain Lightning
2 Magma Jet
3 Price of Progress
2 Seething Song
2 Fireblast

20 Mountain

Basically it's a red sligh deck, with the added power and utility of Koth + Bosium strip. Bosium strip's biggest limitation is mana costs associated with using the activation and recasting spells, so any use of it really needs rituals or abilities like koth's to use properly. GY order is also an issue, so we have mr. lavamancer to clear out permanents in GY. I am considering adding more rituals if it calls for it.

Card Considerations:

Gitaxian Probe: Seems kinda cool I guess, free draw that can be recurred.

Pyrokinesis: Pitch card that can clear creatures very well. Unfornatutely, the pitch doesn't go to the graveyard, which is kind of annoying. Can be cast for a pitch from graveyard too, but may be too much anti CA.

Goblin Lore: Fills hand + graveyard. Possibility just a waste of a card slot though, I really doubt it is useful enough, pretty much worthless without bosium strip out.

Gamble: A cheap universal tutor, that can give us CA by putting a card in the yard.

Hellspark Elemental: Recurrable fast attacker, gets in the way of graveyard order for something like a turn.

The problem with using so many accelerants is you'll be using them to activate Bosium Strip which immediately puts them on top of your GY. At that point you're just chaining Rituals which seems counterintuitive. I don't really have a solution to the problem, but since Lavamancer is your only potential GY "organizer" so to speak you can't expect 3 to be enough.

@Jabari: and where exactly is the problem with that? Seems to me chaining a bunch of Rituals to pay for all the Bolts below them is pretty useful.

@perm: I love Bösium Strip, too, but I have problems seeing this work out. While replaying a bunch of burn seems fine in theory, I don't think a Sligh/burn deck can take all the card-disadvantage created by running the necessary Rituals and still work. The deck becomes more inconsistent, more vulnerable to countermagic and at the same time is now most likely somewhat slower.
If you want to continue working on this, I might try to go in a big red style direction, massive burn to control the board Rituals to dump rather laege threats early and an endgame that just in counting down to zero. I'd probably try to get rid of all the creatures (or at least all the small ones) as they are the only thing likely to hit the GY and muck up the Bösium Strip win. Nothing would be more annoying for this deck than Ritualling into a BStrip activation only for the opponent to interrupt it with a Bolt.
Also, and I know this sounds crazy, Chandra Ablaze might be worth a try here. You already have the necessary acceleration and once you can keep her in play for two turns (which seems doable with that much burn), the opponent should just die.

Yah, I playtested this and it was pretty bad. What creatures do you recommend for big red? I have Moltensteel Dragon in mind, which can be powered out quickly if needed. Demigod of Revenge seems playable as well
