Lets say Blinkmoth Nexus becomes creature. Then its copied by Clone

Clone will become exact copy of animated blinkmoth nexus.

1/1 Land Artifact Creature - Blinkmoth

1 : Blinkmoth Nexus becomes a 1/1 Blinkmoth artifact creature with flying until end of turn. It's still a land.

1, t: target blinkmoth gets +1/+1

Will it turn into land without creature type at the end of turn or its not affected by this part of lands ability?

Also similar question when copying land with Zendikon or Genju enchantment, or animated by other effect which does not end at the end of turn, but its caused by other card - enchantment.

It will become a copy of the card, but not copy any effects applied to the card. In this case, Clone would become:

Blinkmouth Nexus, Land, T: Add 1 mana. 1: Animate. 1,T: Pump.

If Clone copied a Mountain animated by Genju of the Spires, Clone would become:
Mountain, Basic Land, T: Add R mana.
