How does animating inkmoth nexus and then using tezz agent of bolas ability on it work? I understand it becomes a 5/5 for the turn, but will it be a 5/5 next turn if animated and can I animate nexus the same turn to bring it back to a 1/1?

Inkmoth's ability ends in the end of the turn. Tezz's does not. So when you pass the turn, you have a 5/5 Inkmoth without Infect.
On your next turn, you get to activate Inkmoth once again, turning it, again, into a 1/1 with Infect. Then, you use Tezz ability to turn it into a 5/5, and the Infect remains on it.

I think you mean infect, not deathtouch, ScatmanX.

Can we get a complete ruling on the interactions between both Blinkmoth and Inkmoth Nexus with Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas? Here are my questions:
What exact properties do post-Tezzeret Blinkmoth and Inkmoth lose or retain?
- Do post-Tezz Inkmoth or Blinkmoth lose their creature types?
- Can either Nexus tap for mana after being transformed?
- Does Blinkmoth retain its pump ability, and can it use its ability on itself or other Blinkmoth?

Tezzeret nor Nexus's abilities remove any abilities. They simply transform card-type and power/toughness setting.
Nexus turns itself from Land to Land Artifact Creature - Blinkmoth and now becomes a 1/1 with flying and (infect).
Tezzeret turns Nexus from Land Artifact Creature - Blinkmoth and now becomes a 5/5 with flying and (infect), but the latter two on until end of turn.
You can only use Tezzeret on an animated Nexus (or somehow turn the land into an artifact), which will be the second scenario. After the turn in which you used Nexus's ability to animate, the Bl/Inkmoth Nexus will remain as a Land Artifact Creature and retain 5/5, but lose any associated abilities granted by the animation ability from the land itself like flying and infect.
If you turn the Nexus into a 5/5 with Tezzeret, then activate Nexus again, then it will become a 1/1 again, but gain flying and infect. At the end of the turn, it will revert to being a 5/5 and lose flying/infect.
You can use Nexus' mana abilities as normal, but any ability requiring the Tapping cost will still be subject to summoning sickness if the land is animated on the same turn it was put onto the battlefield.

That was very helpful. Thanks, Koby.
I didn't know or think to bring up this point, but I'm glad you did:

Although unlikely, you could target it again with Tezzeret, right? That way, you could still produce a 5/5 flier again, even for one turn?

You can yes. The key point to remember is that Nexus provides a temporary modification to the card. Tezzeret is a permanent change, and this will stick around between turns. The only target necessary for Tezzeret's 2nd ability is being an Artifact.
