Sense the dual lands are two types (like mountain island) does that still make it a basic land? It doesn't say basic land, even though both mountain, or island or whatever is still a basic land type?
So overall, can you wasteland a dual?

It is a non-basic land that produces two basic land types of mana. So yes, you can Wasteland a dual.

"Basic" is a special supertype of the "Land" type. The duals don't have that supertype.

Tundra is a nonbaisc land, because it does not have the supertype "Basic", sou you can use Wasteland to destroy it.

It has two basic land types "Island" and "Plains".
