So the idea is to always go second and then discard a creature and then reanimate it next turn. 4 open slots still.
12 swamp
4 lotus petal
4 chrome mox
2 simian spirit guide
4x life//death
4x exhume
4x animate dead
4x stormtide leviathan
4x jin
4x sphinx
2x iona
4x Misdirection
4x Force of Will
4x

What happens if you don't draw a creature and have to mulligan? Since you don't have discard outlets you have to wait one turn per mulligan you take.
And what happens if you don't draw a reanimation spell? You've got no filter spells or tutors so again you have to mulligan and wait or just wait and cross the fingers. Doesn't seem good to me.

Well for Discard outlets there are a few option for this deck. Aquamoeba is probably the top of the list since it is Blue. I think a Buried Alive or 2 could fit nice into the deck. The deck also needs at least Lim-Dul's Vault as well.

Run the artifact that lets you Mull?

Serum Powder?
What about Buried Alive in this deck?

Usually MM is played alongside Daze and/or Spell Snare. I don't really see the point in trying to dodge one conditional counterspell, only to walk right into another one.
Buried Alive seems as a solid option, although i see no good reason not to play Entomb, Careful Study, Strategic Planning or Brainstorm.

Always going second is a bad idea since you automatically lose to Duress/Thoughtseize/mulligan.

The open spot looks like it should be chancellor of the annex, serum powder, or firestorm.
@ The discard/mulligan problem: If they do hit you with discard it'll be taking your reanimate spell so you'll be waiting a bit anyway. Yes you'll be in top deck mode at that point but the 2nd place scg list last weekend ran -1 animate dead +2bstorm/+4 careful study which doesn't put them in much better shape. If I can fit in 2 more reanimate spells or 4 draw/tutor spells it would be about the same as that list. Chancellor of the annex is a possibility too.
Double mulliganing is horrible in a world where your opponent is either running misstep, thoughtseize, or zoo. The win chance of any deck (especially combo) mulling to 5 is low enough for me to be ok ignoring this issue. Mulling once is only really rough vs. t1 cat. Chancellor would be good in that matchup...hm...
@ brushwagg: That sounds pretty different, so I'd be curious to see what a first shot at a list would look like for you.
@ buried alive: I almost feel like firestorm would be better. I had that in here originally. That would also help the mulligan issue.
@ miyagi:Blanking 33% of your opponent's removal and being able to play around another 33% of your opponent's removal and ending up with a 2:1 in your favor for the protection war is a huge reason not to run those cards. Spell snare is not too common and the decks that do play it are usually slow but playing reanimate or misstep in the board is a definite possibility.

Those 4 last slots should absolutely be 4 Careful Study.
I think cutting Reanimate and Entomb is a mistake. Both cards are must play cards in Reanimator.

This, also just run your own Missteps. Trying to dodge Misstep by not playing the cards that make reanimator any good just feels like a losing strategy.
