I'm thinking about going to the SCG open in Seattle because why not. According to google maps the Seattle airport is a 30 minute drive from the convention center. This would probably be a billion dollars for a cab ride and probably another billion back. I was wondering if anyone familiar with the area knows about any buses or other alternatives to spending 2billion dollars.

Probably better sharing a ride with others unless you have 2 hours to waste.

Looks like you should be able to take light rail from Sea-Tac to Seattle (4th and Pine):
http://www.soundtransit.org/Schedules/Central-Link-light-rail.xml?tab=3
Then transfer to Community Transit #401 on ~4th and Stewart and take it to the Lynnwood Transit Center (< 1 mile from Convention Center):
http://www.commtrans.org/BusService/Schedule.cfm?route=401
It doesn't list Saturday times so I don't know if they operate then. It says all routes are down Sunday though for Community Transit.
Hopefully someone more familiar with that area will have more/better info for you.
Alternately, you could just rent a car. Parking is literally right at the site. I think I was about 100 feet at most from the entrance last year since I got there earlier than expected.
