Painter's Servant + Llawan, Cephalid Empress

So I have been delving into Painter's Servant rulings because I have been building the deck for a few months now. And after reading the ruling on how Servant works with creatures entering the battlefield, I was curious about how it worked with something like Llawan if the spell was not naturally blue, but was additionally blue due to servant.

Llawan prevents your opponent from playing blue creature spells. Painter servant makes everything the chosen color, if you choose blue, they can't play creature spells since they are all blue. Similar to the interaction between Iona and servant in EDH.
