Ok guys i got following questions:
1) I play fetch, enemy stifles - what happens? I sac my land and get nothing?
2) I play fetch, enemy responses wasteland - what happens? My land is saced, but do i get a land like plain from library?
3)I waste a land, enemy plays stifle - what happens? Is my wasteland at grave and nothing happened?

1) You pay 1 life and sacrifice a fetch, your opponent stifles the fetches ability. You are down 1 life and your fetch is in the yard, they're stifle is in the yard.
2) You pay 1 life and sacrifice a fetch, your opponent cannot wasteland the fetchland. They can activate waste in response targetting another of your lands, but the fetchland will still go to the grave and you'll be able to search your library for a corresponding land.
3) Yes, basically. You activate wasteland and sacrifice it, targeting one of their lands. They play stifle and counter the wastelands ability. Wasteland is in your grave and their land lives.

This is because in the case of fetches and Wasteland, the sacrifice is part of the cost, along with tapping (and paying life in the case of fetches). Stifile counters the ability, but the costs are already paid.
There is no change in priority between announcing a spell/ability and paying the cost, so no opportunity Waste a fetch.
