The title says it all. Oath of Druids triggers, revealing a bunch of cards with a Dragon Breath among them, then ends into Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. Dragon Breath becomes attached to Emrakul and the game is one combat phase away from ending.

I have seen some players use this win condition in Oath decks, and I would have used it when I started playing it myself, if I hadn't always thought it doesn't work. According to Oath's oracle text, either Emrakul enters the battlefield before Dragon Breath touches the graveyard, or both enter their respective zones simultaneously (I don't know which is the right one). Anyway, it looks to me that Dragon Breath can't be in the graveyard in time to see Emrakul entering and thus trigger. I have examined the Comprehensive Rules, but haven't found the exact rule that would explain why it works.

It is governed by the rules in 603.6 regarding changing zones. All cards are moved from the library to the graveyard/battlefield at the same time. Dragon Breath checks "back in time" and triggers. The trigger is put on the stack after SBAs and all is well and/or terrible.

This is the same concept as casting Akroma's Vengeance with Disciple of the Vault and a bunch of artifacts on the battlefield. Disciple still triggers, even though it is being put in the graveyard at the same time.

Oath's oracle wording:
"At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses target player who controls more creatures than he or she does and is his or her opponent. The first player may reveal cards from the top of his or her library until he or she reveals a creature card. If he or she does, that player puts that card onto the battlefield and all other cards revealed this way into his or her graveyard."

Since the creature ETBing and the other cards hitting the graveyard are in the same sentence and there's only one "put", they're simultaneous. The game will look back at that event for triggers, and Dragon Breath will both be in the graveyard and there will be a 6+ CMC ETBing, so Dragon Breath will trigger.

Emrakul's shuffle ability will obviously not trigger since it never went to the graveyard.

Compare with Gamekeeper's oracle which has two "put"s, which means two sequential events and doesn't work with Dragon Breath.

After reading the oracle text again, if I make myself untargettable say with solitary confinement or that one leyline, does that mean oath does not work since he can not target me, thus not able to target an opponent with more creatures?

Exactly. Even if you give yourself shroud in response to the trigger by vialing in a True Believer, or Runed Halo choosing Oath of Druids. If there are no valid targets, the ability will not go on the stack. When it resolves, it checks again if the targets are valid. A spell or ability that has targets is countered upon resolution if all of its targets are illegal.
