I'm fairly sure I've got this right but I like confirmation from those more knowledgeable in rules than I.

I control a Conspiracy naming Angel and a Kaalia of the Vast. When I attack with Kaalia I drop in a creature with an "When ~this~ attacks" abillty like an Eldrazi Titan into play tapped and attacking the opponent Kaalia is attacking. The creature which I sneak in does not trigger it's ability, correct? So in other words, if I swing and drop a Kozilek, my opponent won't have to sac permanents because there wouldn't be an Annihilator trigger? Or if I dropped in a Grave Titan I wouldn't get the 2 zombies from his attack trigger, correct?

Correct.

508.2a. Abilities that trigger on a creature attacking trigger only at the point the creature is declared as an attacker. They will not trigger if a creature attacks and then that creature's characteristics change to match the ability's trigger condition.

Also,

508.4. If a creature is put onto the battlefield attacking, its controller chooses which defending player or which planeswalker a defending player controls it's attacking as it enters the battlefield (unless the effect that put it onto the battlefield specifies what it's attacking). Such creatures are "attacking" but, for the purposes of trigger events and effects, they never "attacked."

508.4a. If the effect that put a creature onto the battlefield attacking specifies it's attacking a certain player, and that player is no longer in the game when the effect resolves, the creature is put onto the battlefield but is never considered an attacking creature. The same is true if the effect specifies a creature is put onto the battlefield attacking a planeswalker and that planeswalker is no longer on the battlefield or is no longer a planeswalker when the effect resolves
Resolve: When the spell or ability on top of the stack "resolves," its instructions are followed and it has its effect. See rule 608, "Resolving Spells and Abilities."
608. Resolving Spells and Abilities.
