As the name implies this is a faery based SFM deck that seeks to overwhelm the opponent with card advantage and creature advantage while countering stuff and messing with the opponents' hand and mana. The decklist follows.

Creatures
4x Spellstutter Sprite
3x Stoneforge Mystic
3x Vendilion Clique
3x Mistbind Clique

Enchantments
4x Bitterblossom

Instants
4x Mental Misstep
3x Daze
4x Path to Exile

Equipment
1x Sword of Fire and Ice
1x Umezawa's Jitte
1x Batterskull

Planeswalkers
2x Jace, the Mind Sculptor

Sorceries
3x Thoughtseize

Lands
4x Wasteland
3x Underground Sea
3x Tundra
2x Island
1x Plains
1x Swamp
3x Polluted Delta
3x Flooded Strand

Sideboard
3x Hibernation
3x Hydroblast
3x Surgical Extraction
3x Pithing Needle
3x Phyrexian Revoker

I haven't seen Stoneforge tried in a fairy shell yet, but the idea seems like it has lots of potential. Consider this just a rough outline/starting point.

I played an UW Faeries List with Stoneforge a few weeks ago. In Germany its called NinjaFaerieStill ( not played often though)
I didn't play black, and no Mistbind Clique, no Daze and no Path to Exile, but instead
Cloud of Faeries, Mutavault, Standstill, Swords to Plowshares, Spell Snare and Ninja of the Deep Hours.

You need a Playset of Stoneforges.

Path and Wasteland are generally at odds, as are Path and Daze. Try ghastly demise, dismember, snuff out. With 4 BBs Cabal Therapy seems better than thoughtseize. My final suggestion would be a Karakas to use with those 3 Cliques (and against the occasional Emrakul).

Hi i dont write a lot on these forums, but dont take me for a troll just yet =)
The above link is from LCL June (you can find it in the turnament reports forum). I think he calls the deck padawan.
Try 4 stoneforge mystics and maybe a sower of temptation or two, and cut 1 vendilion clique.

Surgical Extraction? That should easily be Faerie Macabre IMO, assuming that slot is the anti-GY slot. It may not rid the entire game of the threat like Extraction/Extirpate, but it has way more versatility.

I'm not sold on Mistbind Clique. Maybe up Stoneforge to 4 (ESPECIALLY when running Batterskull) and get 2 Sower of Temptation? You have the countermagic to back him up, and you disrupt them that much more. If you feel that Mistbind is a house for you, then at least keep Stoneforge at 4 and run 2 Mistbind instead. I just don't see tapping their lands being that relevant, especially if you plan to rob them of lands (Wasteland) anyway. Also, why Path and not StP?

I recently ran a Stoneforge Faerie deck a few weeks ago.

4 Spellstutter Sprite
4 Stoneforge Mystic
4 Force of Will
4 Brainstorm
4 Swords to Plowshares
4 Spell Snare
4 Mental Misstep
3 Bitterblossom
3 Ponder
2 Jace, the Mind Sculptor
1 Sword of Fire and Ice
1 Batterskull
1 Umezawa's Jitte

4 Flooded Strand
4 Polluted Delta
3 Underground Sea
3 Tundra
3 Island
1 Plains
1 Swamp
1 Scrubland
1 Academy Ruins

The sideboard was a metagame combination of 1 Sword of Feast and Famine, Engineered Plagues, Perish, Engineered Explosives, Go for the Throats and Extirpates.

Here are some suggestions:
STP>>PtE
FoW>>Thoughtseize
And I'd really try to fit in a playset of BSs

Why no Riptide Laboratory? Works well with all kind of faeries, since most are wizards.
You can even creat a hardlock with mistbind clique or counter each turn with your spellstutter.
Would also say you need some more 1st turn drops and more draw spells.
