Hello!
I am new to the forum, but i would like some help from the people from here on the development of this deck.
I made it, and is really fun to play. It has been a blast to test it against the real decks from the legacy´s meta (this ´´testing`` is happening on MWS, so it is not the best testing in the world hahaha). It is not extremely competitive by any means, but it beats lots of decks.
The deck is based on Hatching Plans. It gives you card advantage. Along with it, there is Perilous Research and Claws of Gix as the sac outlets. Well, if i post the list, you guys will get it faster, so:

// Lands
3 [TE] Ancient Tomb
3 [TSP] Flagstones of Trokair
4 [B] Tundra
4 [ON] Flooded Strand
2 [ZEN] Scalding Tarn
1 [10E] Plains (2)
3 [10E] Island (3)
1 [B] Tropical Island
1 [DIS] Hallowed Fountain

// Creatures
3 [UD] Academy Rector

// Spells
3 [NPH] Mental Misstep
2 [M10] Ponder
3 [TSB] Claws of Gix
4 [GP] Hatching Plans
4 [MM] Brainstorm
1 [SC] Form of the Dragon
3 [IA] Swords to Plowshares
4 [AL] Force of Will
4 [CS] Perilous Research
1 [JU] Solitary Confinement
2 [LRW] Oblivion Ring
2 [UD] Replenish
1 [10E] Wrath of God
1 [MI] Enlightened Tutor

// Sideboard
SB: 1 [NPH] Mental Misstep
SB: 1 [SC] Form of the Dragon
SB: 1 [IA] Swords to Plowshares
SB: 1 [UD] Replenish
SB: 1 [10E] Wrath of God
SB: 1 [SC] Decree of Silence
SB: 1 [8E] Circle of Protection: Red
SB: 1 [SHM] Wheel of Sun and Moon
SB: 3 [TSB] Disenchant
SB: 1 [10E] Aura of Silence
SB: 1 [M11] Leyline of Sanctity
SB: 1 [SHM] Greater Auramancy
SB: 1 [OD] Ground Seal

The list is extremely raw, as you can see.
The winning condition is Form of The Dragon. Replenish makes the deck very resilient to enchantment hate, and it recurs Hatching Plans, wich is very awesome.
Solitary Confinement can prevent early-game combo wins (not that much though), but late game it really shines after you got some Hatching Plans on grave or board with the proper tools to abuse them.
Well, i guess there isnt much more to explain. If this concept apeals to anyone, please post it. I would like some help with the mana base also.

PS: Sorry for the bad english. Im from Brasil.

Ive played against a similar deck, only it used Recurring Nightmare, Nantuko Husk, Day of the Dragons, and Symbiotic Wurm as wincons. It seemed fun, not a tier 1 deck but very playable. Maybe you can take some ideas from it, i might be able to get you a decklist, but i havent seen that guy since.

Good luck with the development, ill check out this thread once in a while.

uh... I have seen another similar deck with Shared Fate as WinCon. (You would have to cut the O-Rings, obviously)

Seems like it could be fun! I was trying to think of a way a few months ago to run Academy Rector... have you thought about Eldrazi Conscription at all as a target for the Rector?

Thanks for the input guys.
Well, i tought about lots of win-cons, and Form of the Dragon is the one that fits better the build. But there isn´t that much game winning enchantments (not at least ones that wins their own). Shared Fate and Form of the Dragon are the ones that comes to mind. As Form stops aggro decks as it stays online, i prefered it. Eldrazi Conscription and Day of the Dragons would require a more creature heavy build (or stuff like Awakening Zone), but it is a route that the deck may go, who knows...

The list improved a lot:

// Lands
3 [TE] Ancient Tomb
2 [TSP] Flagstones of Trokair
4 [B] Tundra
4 [ON] Flooded Strand
1 [ZEN] Scalding Tarn
1 [10E] Plains (2)
2 [10E] Island (3)
1 [B] Tropical Island
1 [DIS] Hallowed Fountain
1 [MR] Ancient Den
1 [MR] Seat of the Synod
1 [FUT] Tolaria West

// Creatures
3 [UD] Academy Rector

// Spells
4 [NPH] Mental Misstep
2 [TSB] Claws of Gix
4 [GP] Hatching Plans
4 [MM] Brainstorm
1 [SC] Form of the Dragon
3 [IA] Swords to Plowshares
4 [AL] Force of Will
4 [CS] Perilous Research
1 [JU] Solitary Confinement
2 [LRW] Oblivion Ring
2 [UD] Replenish
4 [MI] Enlightened Tutor

// Sideboard
SB: 1 [UD] Academy Rector
SB: 1 [SC] Form of the Dragon
SB: 1 [IA] Swords to Plowshares
SB: 1 [UD] Replenish
SB: 1 [SC] Decree of Silence
SB: 1 [SHM] Wheel of Sun and Moon
SB: 2 [10E] Aura of Silence
SB: 1 [SHM] Greater Auramancy
SB: 1 [OD] Ground Seal
SB: 1 [8E] Karma
SB: 1 [SOK] Meishin, the Mind Cage
SB: 3 [MM] Spiritual Focus

I was afraid to put a full set of Enlightned Tutor because of Mental Misstep, but I added my own set of MMs, for what is worth. It turns out that the Tutors are very very good, as they pick up what you need, either the artifact sac outlet (wich Tolaria West also grabs), Hatching Plans if you already have ways to sac, Lands, or Oblivion Ring / Solitary Confinement.
About the SB, thats a mess, but is progressing. Karma is a nice second win-con against Rock-like, Team America/Italia or those BW Discard decks. Spiritual Focus is there against these Hymn/Seize decks too, but im not sure if it is the right choice. Maybe Leylines would be better for that purpouse. Ground Seal is for Dredge / Reanimator (it does not stops Exhume, but all the rest + extirpate), as well Wheel of Sun and Moon. The additional Rector enters against non/StP aggro decks, as it serves as a dangerous chump blocker, or sometimes, a Moat hahahaha.
I will keep working on it.
And again, thanks for the replys.
