[Budget] Mono-Blue Faeries?

Hey, I'm making a mono-blue faeries deck for my girlfriend. It'd be pretty budget, but I can put some good stuff in it, like Jitte, some Missteps, etc., but I have no FoW's to spare (only set in Merfolk). Any suggestions? So far, all I have is part of the creature base.

4 Spellstutter Sprite
3 Vendilion Clique
2 Sower of Temptation
? Glen Elendra Archmage

This isn't Faeries only, but this deck is cheap to build other than FoW, and it runs Faeries. http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=172132

Personally, I'm playing it and it's quite fun.
