If PM copies Meddling Mage, do I get to name a card?
If PM copies Engineered Explosives, does it get counters from Sunburst?
If PM copies a "flipped" card such as Bushi Tenderfoot, is it as flipped as the original is?
If PM copies Batterskull, is attached to a Germ as it enters play?

Yes to all except for the flipped card. Permanents enter unflipped by default and PM is no exception. It can be flipped through its new ability, though.

[Ryoku]

The wording on the Batterskull example is wrong. Living weapon will still trigger when it enters the battlefield, not "as" it comes into play.
