Have you ever felt that, "Oh this card (combo/single card) is so good, even on it's own, there's just no way to make a list of 60 that supports it", feeling? I know I sure have.
How about throwing together random permutations of these cards, and trying them out? Basically making tons of good-stuff lists might actually net us a "better stuff" list.
So let's get started, shall we?
(note: cards w/o descriptions are those that have been "reserved" by the first person to request them on the list)

Combinations
This section has no color classifications because many combos span multiple colors.
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Spreading Algae
Mishra's Bauble + Urza's Bauble + Disciple of the Vault
Serum Powder + Chancellor of the Dross / Chancellor of the Forge / Chancellor of the Annex / Chancellor of the Tangle
Loam Dweller / Rootrunner / Elder Pine of Jukai
Remember, when adding cards to the list, please make sure that it isn't a card that supports an archetype. These cards and combos are based specifically on the idea that throwing together a list of good stuff that isn't good elsewhere can be feasible.
This also doesn't mean that your deck list has to be entirely constructed from cards on that list. Of course if you have enough blue cards you'll run FoW. Ofc you can run the stuff you want in addition to the original flavor.
Edit: Umm, excuse me? This isn't really intended to be casual or budget. Yes, some of the stuff is quite hokey but that's the idea. I'm not posting "my mill list 2011", and berserk stompy is still in established decks afaik. I explicitly mentioned that this was about not gimping your deck, but making a strong deck from a hodgepodge of randomly good cards.
