Hello guys,
I am going to post a raw list of an original deck that I built and that could become really powerfull. It just needs your help! :cool:

THE LIST

2 Volcanic Island
1 [HOP] Mountain (7)
2 [JGC] Bloodstained Mire
1 [U] Badlands
1 [JGC] Polluted Delta
4 [ZEN] Scalding Tarn
3 [OD] Island (3)

// Creatures
3 [NPH] Hex Parasite (deckbox.org/mtg/Hex Parasite)

// Spells
3 [CHK] Sensei's Divining Top (deckbox.org/mtg/Sensei's Diving Top)
4 [NPH] Mental Misstep (deckbox.org/mtg/Mental Misstep)
4 [CS] Braid of Fire (deckbox.org/mtg/Braid of Fire)
2 [DDD] Snuff Out (deckbox.org/mtg/Snuff Out)
2 [SC] Decree of Pain (deckbox.org/mtg/Decree of Pain)
1 [FD] Engineered Explosives (deckbox.org/mtg/Engineered Explosives)
4 [AL] Force of Will (deckbox.org/mtg/Force of Will)
4 [CST] Brainstorm (deckbox.org/mtg/Brainstorm)
4 [LRW] Thoughtseize (deckbox.org/mtg/Thoghtseize)
1 [TO] Flaming Gambit (deckbox.org/mtg/Flaming Gambit)

This is not the final list BUT even though some cards seem to be sub-optimal or useless they are there for a reason.

[B][U]Explanation:

Plan A
The deck is pretty flexible and you have a lot of ways to end the match through combat phase or not.
The main synergy is Death's Shadow (deckbox.org/mtg/Death's Shadow) with Hex Parasite (deckbox.org/mtg/Hex Parasite) who can target any permanent on the battlefield removing 0 counters from it and lowering your life thanks to phyrexian mana. You usually want to active this trick in response of casting the Shadow in order to make it big enough to survive from removals and then bigger to swing for the victory next turn.
When plan A goes bad we have a plan B, C and even D.

Plan B
The key is Braid of Fire (deckbox.org/mtg/Braid of Fire) .. just try to combine it with an Hex Parasite (deckbox.org/mtg/Hex Parasite) and you will obtain a super fat guy for 2 life or :b: .. Of course the battlefield will be empty thanks to Engineered Explosives (deckbox.org/mtg/Engineered Explosives) or Decree of Pain (deckbox.org/mtg/Decree of Pain).

Plan C
Braid of Fire (deckbox.org/mtg/Braid of Fire) + Bogardan Hellkite (deckbox.org/mtg/Bogardan Hellkite) = Fireworks

Plan D
Again Braid of Fire (deckbox.org/mtg/Braid of Fire) and is little friend Flaming Gambit (deckbox.org/mtg/Flaming Gambit) will cause a lot of pain to your opponents, just wait for braid to charge..

Well, if everything fails then you are probably unlucky. However, you can still hope to win with a Trinket on the battlefield.. :tongue:

Other Spells:

Sensei's Divining Top (deckbox.org/mtg/Sensei's Divining Top): Actually, i thought to add him in a version with bob.. It still does his job in here :wink:

Mental Misstep (deckbox.org/mtg/Mental Misstep):
As you all noticed we have many 1cc spells (seize, senseis, shadow..) and we WANT this card as hell to protect our guys from removals and other MM.

Snuff Out (deckbox.org/mtg/Snuff Out):
Excellent removal and helps us casting Shadow when we are not able to find a Parasite.

Decree of Pain (deckbox.org/mtg/Decree of Pain):
This spell seems to be odd in this build and it is not the best spell we could play actually.. However it is a 5cc Damnation instant speed when you cycle it. Still too slow probably. I am going to find another mass removal instead of this.

Engineered Explosives (deckbox.org/mtg/Engineered Explosives):
Easy to find thanks to Trinket, quite fast and a problem solver. You'll just love it, and i'll probably add +1 of them.

Force of Will (deckbox.org/mtg/Force of Will):
Do you really want me to comment this? naahhh

Brainstorm (deckbox.org/mtg/Brainstorm):
Look above.

Thoughtseize (deckbox.org/mtg/Thoughtseize):
Synergic with Death's Shadow (deckbox.org/mtg/Death's Shadow), put in a graveyard whatever you want, except lands :wink:

P.S.
As I said before it is not a final list nor a final version of the deck.
It is possible to switch B with W in order to have cards like Swords to Plowshares (deckbox.org/mtg/Swords to Plowshares), Ranger of Eos (deckbox.org/mtg/Ranger of Eos) and add something Stifle (deckbox.org/mtg/Stifle) and Dreadnought.

A green version could be worthed too as it enables us to play Elephant Grass (deckbox.org/mtg/Elephant Grass) that is sinergic with Braid of Fire (deckbox.org/mtg/Braid of Fire) and the Parasite.

I also tried a version with Mystic Remora (deckbox.org/mtg/Mystic Remora) but I think that on paper Remora looks really better than it really is.

Well then, Let me know your thoughts and suggestion and try the deck! Fun is guaranteed! :laugh:

Decree of pain seems out of place. You should probably run jaces and tombstalkers.

4X Cunning sparkmage with maybe a one of basilisk collar sounds like it could win you some tribal battles or extend creature battles. It may have some anti synergy with deaths shadow. (though if you get hex parasite out life management shouldn't be an issue). Perhaps as a sideboard? Something like merfolk seems like it could possibly overwhelm you.

@jancz Lavamancer >>>>> Sparkmage

@toppic
Deck seems much to slow for me - Braids of fire is loading in, dont know, 3-4 turns?
Flaming Gambit is a crap, Death Shadow too.
Ahh and Dismember >>>>> Snuff Out.
