Already read it on Star City. Grats on the top 8! Apparently not a fake celeb anymore!

Congrats! When I saw the top 8, I wondered how many Mark Sun's exist in MTG
Great result, great report.

Congrats!
I got all warm and fuzzy when I read your round one blurb.
Congrats. Way to represent the great state of Ohio!

Grats on your finish. I enjoyed the report.
I just wanted to point out that in round 4 game 3, the Zoo player would have won if he had had Pyroblast instead of REB, b/c he could have blasted a permanent and then activated Lavamancer for the final 2 damage. Unless he was already running 4 Pyroblasts, he shouldn't have been running REB.

Wow. Awesome trick. I'm never going to play Red Elemental Blast again.

I actually made a Twitter post during one of the SCG Legacy Challenges about Pyroblasting my Tropical Island -- apparently, not a lot of people know about this type of play and can't wrap their head around it, I had someone call me out as a cheater, and the promptly apologize. I was in g3 against Affinity and I needed one more card in my GY to answer his Cranial Plating equipped Signal Pest. I drew a Pyroblast for the turn, with no targets, and on his turn, he draws, and turns his Pest sideways and extends the hand, thinking he won. I said, "hold on, I have effects, I'm Pyroblasting my Tropical Island." And then pointed at my Grim Lavamancer. Took some explaining from the surrounding tables to convince him.
@Jona: I'm eventually going to be playing 4 REB for the list, actually. REB can target a Jace, TMS when it's in play and cannot be Misdirection'ed if it's the only blue permanent in play (often true for Stoneblade), whereas Pyroblast can be. This angle is better given your opponent's outs. It's close, though.
