This deck originally began as I simply wanted to build a deck that abused card draw and was able to truly utilize the entire deck by drawing it all out. So I did.
Anyways, heres the deck list.

//Creatures
4 Flying Men
4 Lorescale Coatl
4 Jhessian Infiltrator
2 Edric, Spymaster of Trest

//Countermagic
3 Mana Leak
3 Spell Pierce

//Card Draw
4 Keen Sense
4 Curiosity
4 Brainstorm

//Others
4 Favor of the Overbeing
4 Sigil of Sleep

//Lands
4 Flooded Strand
4 Tropical Island
4 Forest
8 Island

Curiosity, Keen Sense, Sigil of Sleep
These three creature enchantments are the basics of this deck. Curiosity and Keen Sense are essentially the same cards, in different colors. Its almost like having 8 copies. This creates the consistency of the card draw on combat damage. This has allowed me to consistently draw multiple cards a turn. Drawing multiple cards a turn allows me to pull lands, other enchants, and most importantly Lorescale Coatl. With Curiosity/Keen Sense on the board and using them to draw into Lorescale Coatl means that he will get big, fast.
The sigil of sleep I feel is essential. An unsummon every turn! When it is on the board I feel I have more control of the game. It slows the tempo down tremendously and gives me time to draw out the Lorescale Coatl.

Flying Men and Jhessian Infiltrator:
a 1/1 flyer and a 2/2 unblockable. I hope its obvious what these two are here for. I strap my creature enchantments on to them and swing away.
I am beginning to frown upon the Flying Men as they cant get through 100% of the time. However, they are great to drop turn one and to begin the unsummoning or card draw on turn two. Even if my opponent plays a bigger flyer to block it in the following turns, getting 1-2 cards and maybe an unsummon early on in the game will jump start my process. Also, turns 5+ if I ever need to discard due to having over 7 cards in my hand at eot, these are great no brainers for that.

Edric, Spymaster of Trest
One of the newest additions to the deck. Great extra card draw. and is a creep in addition. Usually its played and will sit there unless there is an open board to swing at. Only 2 because of legendary, obviously.

This was originally a filler spot. Still kind of is. If i feel I need more threats as Lorescale is commonly being removed, Nulltread Gargantuan was a great addition, for cheap. If I felt like I needed some creep removal myself, I used Winged Coatl Flash, Flying, Deathtouch. Simply amazing card to deal with pesky creeps that are disabling the deck from moving along.

Mana Leak and Spell Pierce
3 of each of them. This part of the deck, the two slots I have for countermagic, have beens the two most aggravating decisions. I seemed to have problems with Counterspell costing UU in a multicolor deck that already primarily uses all my blue mana. So I replaced it with mana leak to solve the situation and utilize more green. This deck does not commonly make it out to 6+ turns so my opponent having to pay 3 usually isnt a problem

Spell Pierce, should I replace it with mental mistep? Probably so. Tbh, Im not really worried about it lol.

Favor of the Overbeing
Works great. I originally added this card to give a big powerful lorescale coatl a way to get through, flying. It also adds +2/+2 and vigilance which is greattttt. I commonly attach it to the jhessian infiltrator or Nulltread elephant, buffing them up, allowing me to attack (which means unsummon, card draw, or big damage) and still have a blocker for my opponent turn just in case.

Lorescale Coatl
I dont believe explanation is necessary. Everytime I draw a card, +1/+1.

Brainstorm
A U Legacy staple imo. The cool thing about this card in this deck though is that the draw 3 cards ability has two purposes. The first, most obvious, being what every other U deck uses brainstorm for. The second being that with Lorescale Coatl out, its a permanent +3/+3 for him.

So, tell me what you think. I need suggestions, if there are any, to make this better.
Obviously first with my 2 countermagic slots.
and please If you give a suggestion, dont just say a card, tell me why you think it would be better than what I currently have.

P.S. This is my first post :) I thought I'd make it a good one.

I was brainstorming some brews a few weeks ago about trying to use Lorescale Coatl in a sort of blue Aggro Loam-ish shell, with Lonely Sandbar and Cephalid Coliseum.

Anyway, you definitely need Jace, the Mind Sculptor and Sylvan Library.

Force of Will, Daze and Mental Misstep. Reason: they are free :D

Since most of your creatures are green and you want to cast Lorescale Coatl the soonest possible green sun's zenith + dryad arbor is very nice.

Flying Men and Jhessian Infiltrator... I don't know, I suppose they are good with curiosity (Silhana Ledgewalker would probably be better)

So many auras means that mostly all removal will result in card disadvantage for you so you should run more protection. (For that and to try to keep the snake and the spymaster alive long enough)

On another point ancestral visions can be good with lorescale providing a free finishing pump

And since you have so many auras and you want to draw cards enchantresses (http://goo.gl/8ZMdu) are probably a good option. (Rancor is a really funny card)
