I have some questions about the infermous Clique.

Question 1 :)

So whe Clique ETB you can burn/remove it with the trigger on the stack. and the opposing player must tell who the clique targets before resolution of the trigger. the naming of targets happens while the trigger is on the stack and not when the trigger resolves so no player gains priority here right? first after the naming and before resolution of the trigger will players get priority correct ? so i could for example stifle the trigger AFTER he has named who clique targets, just as i would if i burned it?

Question 2 :)

Alot of players i play against choose to deliberately slowplay the trigger and there by try to make the opponent make a mistake, like burning it down before he names the target, or simply shows him his hand when clique has etb. what are the rules on this? is it allowed to slow play it like that, or MUST u say what player the clique targets as soon as it hits the table.??

Targets for triggered abilities are chosen when they go on the stack, much like how you choose targets for spells when they go on the stack. If Clique resolves, your opponent must choose a target before anyone can respond.

Deliberately trying to misrepresent how a card works would be cheating; that could lead to a disqualification at a competitive event or a stern talking-to at a Regular REL event.

As above, there's no way to "burn it" before a target is chosen. If you're playing Clique, you should always indicate who Clique is targeting and give your opponent a chance to respond.
