Saw this combo proposed in the Innistrad spoiler thread:
Laboratory Maniac 2U
Creature - Human Wizard
If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, you win the game instead.
+ Tainted Pact
And guess what? Challenge accepted. Now obviously this puts some unique strains on deck construction in order to accomodate pact - every single card in the deck will be required to be a singleton with the exception of Maniac and Pact themselves which are played as two-ofs (since one will ideally be in play and the other on the stack by the time you want to remove your library).
This isn't quite as stupid as it sounds since there are enough cards in Black/Blue with overlapping roles ("discard", "Removal" etc) as well as an acceptable power level in order to accomodate this (the shining exception being the free counter suite). The Wizard Tribal subtheme is mainly there since locking the game up with with Tutor -> Patron Wizard with a neutral to good board position is effectively a win, and most of the Wizards are plenty good enough in their own right.
This thread is serious. Let's do this.

Puresight Merrow/Paradise Mantle - slow, and good luck finding both. Merrow is good enough by itself though.
Cunning Wish - very mana intensive compared to other tutors, albeit the sideboard disadvantage is neglible.
Card suggestions are welcome, just be sure you know what to omit instead.
