Primeval titan and avenger of zendikar interaction

In my playgroup we think we are doing it correctly but I would like some clarification on the interactions and especially an explanation of the interaction to better understand the rules behiend it.

Primeval titan and Avenger of zendikar enters the battlefield simultaniously. Does the avenger make tokens AND get +1/+1 counters for the lands found with Primeval titan.

Example. I have 10 lands in play, cast TNT entwined to get the two. Do I get my choice of 10 2/3 tokens, 12 0/1 tokens or the best of two worlds; 12 2/3 tokens. Most importantly why ?

Another example: I have 10 lands in play again and play genesis wave for 7. I flip both avenger of primeval plus 3 other lands. What ends up happening then ?

In all scenarios you can assume the etb triggers are stacked most favorable for the player with the two.

When both creatures come into play they put their respective triggers on the stack. Because they are triggering at the same time you get to choose what order you want to put them on the stack.

If you put avenger first and then the titan, titan trigger resolves and you get 2 lands and put them into play. This will put 2 landfall triggers from avenger on the stack. Both landfall triggers resolve and do nothing as there are no plants in play. Then the original avenger trigger resolves and you get 12 0/1s.

If you put titan on the stack first and then avenger, avenger trigger resolves first giving you 10 0/1s. Then titan triggers giving you 2 lands and triggering the landfall from avenger twice. Both landfall triggers resolve, in order, giving you 10 2/3s.

Sadly, there is no way to get 12 2/3s. You get your choice of the other two options.

RE: Genesis Wave - Since everything comes in at the same time, you can stack the Primeval Titan first, then the 3 landfall triggers from the Genesis Wave lands, then Avenger's ETB trigger. The result is that you will get 13 5/6 plant tokens.

I think in the opeing post was a typo and TNT was menat to be TnN (Tooth and Nail), so there are no lands put into play by anything else than Titan at the time everything triggers. But true with genesis wave there is a completely different szenario...
