Unsure how the current rules handle this:
A 0/0 germ token eqiupped with a batterskull phases out (due to the token being the target of a Reality Ripple).
1. What happens to the token?
2. What happens to the Batterskull?
3. as 1. and 2., but it is the Batterskull that phases out (ie. it is the batterskull that is targeted by Reality Ripple).

Always my favorite rules interaction in all of magic.
1. 702.23j Phased-out tokens cease to exist as a state-based action. So the token's gone forever.
2. 702.23f When a permanent phases out, any Auras, Equipment, or Fortifications attached to that permanent phase out at the same time. This alternate way of phasing out is known as phasing out “indirectly.” An Aura, Equipment, or Fortification that phased out indirectly won’t phase in by itself, but instead phases in along with the permanent it’s attached to. The token has ceased to exist, and indirectly phased out permanents (The Batterskull) won't phase back in unless the token does. And since the token never will, neither will the Batterskull. So the Batterskull never comes back.
3. 702.23h An Aura, Equipment, or Fortification that phased out directly will phase in attached to the object or player it was attached to when it phased out, if that object is still in the same zone or that player is still in the game. If not, that Aura, Equipment, or Fortification phases in unattached. Assuming the Germ Token dies from being a 0/0, the Batterskull would come back unattached. If a Bad Moon were in play and the Germ Token were still alive, the Batterskull would come back attached to it.
Also worth noting on #3 is that phasing does not trigger "Enters the battlefield" triggers, meaning the Batterskull, if phased out directly, will not make a new germ token upon phasing in.

Thanks for the reply. I think I read that in the merfolk tread at one point, probably written by you?
I was just curious if it still worked. I double checked to be sure, and the rules are as you say, but they have been pushed to 702.24k, 702.24f and 702.24h, respectively.
