Upkeep Triggers and Game Memory (Ancestral Visions and Bob)

If I have both a Dark Confidant and an Ancestral Visions with one counter at the beginning of my upkeep, in what order are things placed on the stack. Do I get to choose or does it depend on if Bob was casted before Visions was suspended? What if there are two Bobs?

They all trigger at the same time and you get to choose the order. Note that you don't get priority before that so you can't e.g. look with Top before picking the trigger order.

The order of when you cast things only matters for continuous abilities, which are basically abilities which apply at all times, like glorious anthem, and even then, you usually don't have to care about casting order, aka "time stamps".
