Hey all,

If I have Moldgraf Monstrosity, Primeval Titan, and Grave Titan on the battlefield with Fog Bank as my only creature in the graveyard when my opponent resolves Overwhelming Forces, will the two Titans be eligible to be returned randomly per the insect's triggered ability?

EDIT: For reference: Moldgraf Monstrosity 4GGG
Creture - Insect
Trample
When Moldgraf Monstrosity dies, exile it, then return two creature cards at random from your graveyard to the battlefield. 8/8

All the creatures hit the graveyard at the same time, then the trigger from monstrosity is put on the stack.

So long as your titans are still in the GY when the ability resolves, they have to be included in the random process of returning two creatures

Right.

So. What if one of the creatures on the battlefield is Emrakul, the Aeons Torn? When they hit the yard can I put Emrakul's trigger on the stack followed by Monstrosity's, thus making sure Emrakul is among the creatures eligible to be returned randomly?

You should be able to do this, but the real question is how this situation would ever arrise? If you have a monstrosity and an emerakul on the board... I think the game is pretty much over.

Lol. Mostly a thought experiment, but could arise in a Type 4 game pretty reasonably without the game being close to over.

You can stack the triggers how you want, one of which lets you return Emrakul potentially. The other makes it difficult to return anything at all. You still shuffle regardless.

Yes sir. Thank you for clarifying for me and for the speedy response. Much appreciated.

Cheers,
