The deck you're gonna see here it's extremely, extremely linear, but also extremely powerful. It's basically Blue burn. I've playtested it a bit, and the new Delver of Secrets from innistrad is the stone cold nuts. The list:

The broken and his not-so-broken friends:
4 Brainstorm
4 Ponder

The long-term plan:
4 Delver of Secrets
4 Goblin Guide
4 Grim Lavamancer

The short-term plan:
4 Lightning Bolt
4 Chain Lightning
4 Rift Bolt
4 Lava Spike
3 Fireblast
3 Price of Progress

Those doesn't deal damage but you still need them in burn:
4 Volcanic Island
4 Scalding Tarn
4 Arid Mesa
3 Wooded Foothills
3 Mountain

SB:
If you still see a lot of Hierarch and GSZ + Fish, you may want to pack some Forked Bolt or Fire/Ices (Fire doesn't deal with Arbors/Hierarch on the draw however). Then the usuals grave hate + possible storm hate.

The deck is good old burn, extremely extremely streamlined. The delver, mancer and Goblin guide give you enough T1 creature plays to consistent apply pressure on your opponent. The Delver in particular is a must remove as get rapidly stupid. Nacatl is officially best aggro creature number two now.
Brainstorm/Ponders are usually played in the lategame. The 18 lands and the 7 lands + 11 fetches are my personal most comfortable setup. Brainstorm and Ponder are usually mid-late game plays, Ponder, however, felt mediocre the times i've played it since it can't refill your hand trading lands for gas like BS. I'm thinking 3 SDT may be a bit better as a late-game gas finder, and in that case then maybe 1 more fetch.

As for the matchups i haven't tested anything since the loss of MM and the introduction of Delver are extremely recent, but i'll go for it in those days.

Wouldn't you want Magma Jet over Ponder, so you can go turn 2 Magma Jet and have a guarantee that Delver gets flipped, while scrying away any useless lands?

What about Tiago? I mean your not gonna go late game but replaying a burn spell to finish your opponent off shouldn't be that bad.

It's essentially a burn spell with a body in the 'late game'

Clever title! :P

About your list, I think that if you want to go for a Sligh strategy and abuse Delver, you need to have lots of instants, sorceries, and most importantly, creatures that can abuse a high count of instants and sorceries. For this very reason, I think that your creature suite should consist mainly of Delver, Grim, and Kiln Fiend.

I also think Ponder doesn't belong in there and that Magma Jet would do a much better job simply because it gives you that card quality all the while contributing to your burn clock.

Another interresting card to look into would be Searing Blaze. With 10-12 fetchlands, this card is extremely efficient when applicable.

I could also see Gitaxian Probe being a good addition along with Kiln Fiend.

Delver of Secrets is pretty good. Snapcaster Mage is good here, right?

4 Delver of Secrets
4 Snapcaster Mage
4 Goblin Guide

4 Lightning Bolt
4 Chain Lightning
4 Lava Spike
3 Rift Bolt
3 Fireblast
4 Price of Progress
4 Brainstorm
4 Ponder

4 Volcanic Island
4 Scalding Tarn
4 Arid Mesa
3 Wooded Foothills
3 Mountain

-4 Grim Lavamancer, -1 Rift Bolt +4 Snapcaster Mage +1 Price of Progress

I'm basically really against Kiln Fiend, because he's godawful slow. This deck wants to be attacking turn 1-2, not turn 3. Snapcaster Mage is an All-star. Think about multiple PoPs! The 2/1 Body + Removal at Eot?

Ponder is really great for setting up the turn 2 Delver of Secrets for sure... Also, needing to flip an Instant or Sorcery is kindov a big deal, he's not much better than Wild Nacatl. Time will tell, but 50% Instants and Sorceries for chance, isn't very good. It reminds me of Pokemon TCG with coin flips, and it kinda pisses me off lol. I like the deck, but Combo takes it down relatively easy by the looks of it. Daze might help...

Daze instead of Lavamancer? Snapcaster comes down too late to be useful.

Magma jet is probably the card i was looking for in the place of ponder. Jet is amazing nowadays with all the critters and fish for targets, how could i forget it. Seems so sexy as a T2 play after delver to burn that blocker in the case Delver hasn't flipped and in turn getting a sure flip T3.

Honestly i don't like the idea of Snapcaster in this deck because it looks like a more aggro-control card than a pure aggro one. Drawing 2 of them early on looks like a tempo-black hole to me, not exactly what aggro want. As a 2-of for late game could be good, but with no evasion ... meh

Searing Blaze is strictly a sideboard card. And even then it's not exactly spectacular. Too many times i've been fucking by drawing it as a the lategame burn for only 1 damage when i needed 3. I think i wouldn't play it even in the SB since i Delver fly.

@Ruckus: well basically that's what i posted except Lynx <-> Delver. Is Delver better than Lynx? I believe so, the evasion just make the card so much better.

With that all said, this is the list i'll be trying now.

4 Brainstorm

4 Delver of Secrets
4 Goblin Guide
4 Grim Lavamancer

4 Lightning Bolt
4 Chain Lightning
4 Rift Bolt
4 Lava Spike
4 Magma Jet
3 Fireblast
3 Price of Progress

4 Volcanic Island
4 Scalding Tarn
4 Arid Mesa
3 Wooded Foothills
3 Mountain

SB:
4 Smash to Smithereens
4 Tormod's Crypt/Relic of Progenitus
4 Pyrostatic Pillar
3 flex

I forgot how amazing was Smash to Smithereens for the SB. Burn + removal in one? So good.

I am aware that this is an other direction, but with combo coming back this could be another way to start building UW aggro-control. In my testing i miss some finsiher. Perhaps Clique could be included
