If I have a Pain Magification and a Kederekt Parasite in play and the opponent castes Brainstorm do they discard a card?

Parasite will trigger 3 times (1 for each card drawn). Since each source (effect) is only dealing 1 damage, your opponent will not be discarding any cards to Pain Magnification.
