Tangle Wire and Goblin Welder

Alright,

I have an active Goblin Welder on the field and Tangle Wire. At the beginning of my upkeep, before my Tangle Wire triggers, can I weld it out of my field to prevent the trigger?

Also, if I have another Tangle Wire in my yard and I weld that back in, the freshly welded Tangle Wire won't trigger right?

I don't believe you get priority before the trigger is put onto the stack. Once you can activate welder, the Tangle Wire trigger will already be there, waiting to resolve. Even if you weld TW out, the trigger will still resolve and you'll tap your permanents.

And correct, the second Wire won't trigger, since the beginning of your upkeep has already passed.

mcfarland is correct, no one gets priority until all triggers are on the stack already, at which point welding in a new tangle wire or somilar will not change the trigger from happening. No new triggers will occur since the beginning of the upkeep has passed
