I tried looking at the gatherer but there are still no rulings yet. Basically what happens when you Flickerwisp or Oblivion Ring a Flipped Card?

Does it stay Flipped or does it go back to being its original form?

Much like flip cards, only the front face of double-faced cards exists anywhere that's not the battlefield.

When an object changes zones, it becomes a new object. It has no information about its previous state.
