I agree on the life resource > graveyard resource. Maybe it's something that can be fixed, or worked on

Great article. I did not see this in the article but, do you believe that Past in Flames will ultimately replace Ill-Gotten Gains in the sideboard for TES? I know you hint at it in the article, but I am wondering if your testing has lead to a conclusion on this question.
The only other observation I'll make is if Past in Flames becomes the engine for a new breed storm decks, I would expect control and aggro players to move toward the inclusion of Graveyard hate in their sideboards. This would be especially appealing if Reanimator continues to appear in SCG Top 8s. Some of these players would likely board it in against decks such as TES, ANT, TNT, etc., that may use Past in Flames as a secondary engine. I think this puts an even heavier emphasis on Past in Flames competing for Ill-Gotten Gains over Ad Nauseam because cutting Ad Nauseam for Past in Flames would make the decks needlessly susceptible graveyard hate.
Looking forward to the next article.

Good first article. I feel the same about Past in Flames. If it were 2R then I'd be game but it's just too expensive.
