Lets say Dismember is in my yard. I cast Snapcaster and I want to flashback Dismember.

Can I pay 1BB to cast it?
Cast I pay 1 and 4 life to cast it?

Because the cards casting cost becomes the flashback cost, it will flash back for 1 and 2 phyrexian black mana. So you can use any of the normal casting methods (1BB, 1B 2 life, 1 and 4 life) to flash it back.

This is the reason Snappy was first thought to be insane due to the interaction with Mental Misstep prior to it's banned announcement.
