What happens when Dread Cacodemon changes control in response to the ETB trigger? Whose creatures will die and whose will be tapped?
AND
If the Cacodemon's trigger resolves from the perspective of the caster, will the demon destroy itself when an opponent gains control in response?
Cheers

Suppose player A owns the demon and casts it, then player B takes control of it. Player A still control the triggered ability, which is still on the stack. Player B's creatures, including the demon, will be destroyed, and player A's creatures will be tapped.

No, Gather the Specimens replaces the creature entering the battlefield under an opponent's control with it entering under your control.

No, Gather the Specimens replaces the creature entering the battlefield under an opponent's control with it entering under your control.
In this situation, since the player casting Gather Specimens did not cast Dread Cacodemon from his or her hand, it will not trigger.
