My 2-cents:
Sorin's Vengeance
Boseiju, Who Shelters All
What's with this 3-of? Naw, you want 4 Hymns, 4 Thoughtseize, 4 Coffers etc. You might even want to run 1x Bog that you can tutor for if needed.
Haunting Echoes is pretty mean, but it doesn't deal with board position so I'm skeptical unless you build the deck to win around it ya know.
Ivory Tower is junk.
Maze or Factories have to go, both take away from your black sources imo.
Gatekeeper of Malakir or Shriekmaw should find a home.
Consume Spirit is just out of date, I just can't think of a single time where I'd want that in vs something else. You want to build card advantage, and it requires way too much mana for what it does. Just run Consuming Vapors for that cost and get 2-for-1. Even 4x Go for the Throat would be perfect, your curve is a little too top heavy and bomby, one spell pierce will eat you alive
THe other route I thought of would be a more tutor heavy, running Liliana 1.0 along with your Beseech, then running Dark Depths/Hexmage for the win. I know that's been done before, generally with B/G but its still an effective win, and it's been sorta put aside over the last year from what I've seen. Maybe it could make a comeback in some deck.

Why is ivory tower junk? I don't think that factories and maze of ith takes away from my black mana sources, of which i have 18. Maze of ith is just creature removal 5-8 that gets the nice benefit of tapping for black when an urborg is out there.
I don't play creatures as I feel they aren't necessary and I like to invalidate some of my opponents removal g1. So that is why I don't run gatekeeper or shireikmaw. The goal is to basically just disrupt and drop permanents until i have about 6+ lands out there, and then just go nuts.
I don't understand how you can say consume spirit is outdated. I'm not even sure what that means since it is pretty much the best at what it does. It's a great mana sink and it's much more versatile than consuming vapors or sorin's vengeance.
The 3 of's of the discard is simply because I didn't want 8, I put 2 discard in the sideboard. I don't like thoughtseize because my life is a tool that I can use to get to the late game and creatures are generally not a threat.

If you're running manlands, their removal is already turned on. Once they figure it out, your Factories are going to be eating Swords and Dismembers anyways.
Did you mean Liliana OF THE VEIL, and not VESS? Because I think the new 3-drop Liliana is quite a house in Legacy, while 5-drop Liliana... costs... 5.
I would also like to see 4 Thoughtseize and 4 Hymns, but that's just me.
How has the deck been playing for you? Does it have game against Merfolk, Zoo, Dredge and Storm? I love monoblack, but I've always been of the opinion that it's just a hair underpowered. Have you played this in any tournaments?
P.S. - Have you tried out Skeletal Scrying?
