I think I know the answer however...

Snapcaster mage adds Flashback to a spell = to its casting cost so in the graveyard would it see it as a 0 casting cost and add flashback to it or just see it has no casting cost and flashback wouldn't work. I am assuming it wouldn't work or people would be doing this but stranger things happen in the magical world. If it did work like it does with cascade some cool interactions could be around.

No you can't cast Ancestral Vision or the like with Snapcaster. They don't have a casting cost.

Thanks Nat that is what I expected but I wanted a second opinion.

To note, there's a difference between having a no casting cost (Ancestral Visions) vs having 0 casting cost (Pacts).

The converted mana cost of ancestral visions is 0. The mana cost of ancestral visions doesn't exist, and therefore cannot be paid.

To cast a spell without manacost there are two ways:

1. Using its own alternate cost.
2. Using another ability of a different spell/permanent.

Both have to contain same notes - spell can be cast without paying its mana cost.

Flashback granting ability of Snapcaster does not work this way. Ability of for example Kaho, Minamo Historian can do this, but usually not from grave.

Evermind do it in special way when the card effect is added to another card. Thats very specific for Splice onto arcane.

Also most spells with nonexistent manacost has these rulings:

5. 10. 2006 Evermind has no mana cost, which means it can't normally be cast as a spell. You could, however, cast it via some alternate means, like with Sunforger or Kaho, Minamo Historian.
15. 10. 2006 Because it has no mana cost, it can't be cast with the replicate-granting ability of Djinn Illuminatus or by somehow giving it flashback.
