This deck attacks the opponent from multiple angles. There are the super-aggressive creatures that tear your opponent to shreds, even scaling into the late-game. There's the burn package (Tarfire basically being burn #9 that buffs goyf) that gives you reach and picks off annoying creatures. The disruption is one of the most varied suites I can find in any deck, and I chose the spells for their ability to mess up the largest swathe of the meta.

I've found that it has a hard time vs. Chalice @ 1 and ThopterSword. It has fared pretty well against everything else.

I would -not- run pithing needle mainboard. Haven't looked much through it but, definitely a sideboard card.

Deglamer over Maelstrom Pulse? And Mirri's Guile over Sylvan Library? Tarfire... in general?

These stand out as subpar picks. I'd be interested in hearing why you're running them.

Unrelated, I would drop some duals for more fetch lands to better support Guile/Library w/ shuffles, Nimble/Goyf with cards in 'yard and the fact that they're better at fixing (+ thinning).

I don't think this aggressive of a Jund build really accomplishes anything that Naya Zoo doesn't do better. Losing Nacatl, Pridemage, PtE, KotR - to gain IoK, Shambling Remains and Dark Confidant seems like a net loss (though Dark Confidant is great).

I'll second this. Naya is just better than Jund across the board and across the archetype/speed spectrum: it has more efficient creatures, better removal, and a stronger overall game plan.

Well, I guess this is why the forum is N&D then. I would disagree with RGW possessing a complete advantage over BRG. I've streamlined the focus of the deck a little by implementing the following changes:
+1 Liliana
+1 IoK
+1 Pithing Needle
+1 Dead / Gone
-2 Deglamer
-1 Shambling Remains
-1 Tarfire

I'm looking particularly at Casey Steiner's Zoo list when I say this, so correct me if I'm wrong. Tacky Aggro is a lot less creature focused than Zoo. It's also a lot more disruptive. Sure, it's aggressive, but that comes with having an average cmc of 1. In general, I think that a good way to look at the difference between the two decks is GSZ. Traditional Zoo kind of lets the opponent set up more than Tacky Aggro, but has a lot of redundant creature power.

I've changed the mana base around a lot (added more fetches), and you'll see that in the updated list in the OP.

Mirri's Guile costs less mana than Sylvan Library that means that more hands are able to be kept, and the deck has a huge tempo boost. Dropping all of your cards in hand onto the board is something that needs to be done consistently with this deck in order to win.
Tarfire was burn slot #9, but has since been replaced by Dead / Gone. The idea was that it would make goyf even bigger, but that felt a little win-more.

Needle just disrupts so much of the meta right now that it's hard to justify not having it be MD. Most strategies telegraph what they are to me right at the start of the game. Think MD Extirpate effect that affects the game state, and works in advance.

I'm slightly disheartened by the fact that two of the community's largest contributors have told me to stop developing the deck, but I'm going to see how far I can take it until I can also see that it is outclassed by zoo.
