Please for the sake of everyone's sanity, if you think a card is too good for Legacy, take that as a challenge to beat it.

I think the larger problem is that Magic talk websites have to fill a certain amount of content every week so they are wide open to taking a column from some nobody who doesn't truly understand the format and blasting bad opinions out to a million players and WotC designers. Still, not many cards end up banned so atleast WotC doesn't put too much stock in these theory fighters unless the outcry is immense and backed up by lots of results.
