Here's a deck I've been testing lately with great success on MWS.

Basically, keep Vial at 2 to cheat all the creatures into play. Spellstutter Sprite is an amazing card. Carries equipment like a champion and stops opposing 1 or 2 drops regularly. Phantasmal Image is really good at copying Sprites, Stoneforge, Confidants or opposing Goyfs.
Cloud of Faeries was an experimental addition. It was just in there for upping the Faerie count on the board (eg, vial in Cloud of Faeries, untap two lands, cast Spellstutter sprite counter CMC2 spell), to untap Mutavault, to make enough mana to hardcast+equip, or just a free flying body for swords/Jittes.
This deck used to be just UW and ran Stifle in place of Confidant, and might switch back to just that (stronger mana denial plan, more stable mana base with the possibility of running Riptide Laboratory).
