Ran into this odd situation today. Opponent had a turn 0 Leyline of the Void. I then cast Wheel of Sun of Moon on turn X targeting myself. He then plays Helm of Obedience after.
Since there's 2 replacement effects on my graveyard, what happens if he activates the Helm??

For replacement effects, the controller of the affected object chooses the order to apply the replacement effects.
616.1. If two or more replacement and/or prevention effects are attempting to modify the way an event affects an object or player, the affected object’s controller (or its owner if it has no controller) or the affected player chooses one to apply, following the steps listed below. If two or more players have to make these choices at the same time, choices are made in APNAP order (see rule 101.4).
616.1d. Once the chosen effect has been applied, this process is repeated (taking into account only replacement or prevention effects that would now be applicable) until there are no more left to apply.
So if the opponent uses helm on you, you get to choose if your milled cards are affected by leyline first, then wheel, or wheel first, then leyline. Of course, in either case, the second replacement effect applied won't do anything since the cards are no longer being put into the graveyard.
104.4b If a game that‘s not using the limited range of influence option (including a two-player
game) somehow enters a ―loop‖ of mandatory actions, repeating a sequence of events with no
way to stop, the game is a draw. Loops that contain an optional action don‘t result in a draw.
However, you won't be able to keep putting cards on the bottom of your library forever since this would cause a loop. Since you have the choice to apply leyline of the void, you eventually have to in order to break the loop. The result is that your entire library will be exiled by the leyline.
