Hija guys!
Yesterday I had a pretty nice deck idea, I want to play a Stasis with Forsaken City combo. But only four untappable lands need me to play 4 Howling Mine and so I came up with the idea of playing some Shimmer.
Why Shimmer? I thought, every second turn I get all my lands untapped, my opponent doesn't. But I was unsure about it and looked some rules up (it is an extract from "phasing" rule):
702.23m: If an effect causes a player to skip his or her untap step, the phasing event simply doesn’t occur that turn.
And still, I am unsure if it works. So if I play him, does he do untap my lands, or not? And if it doesn't, does anyone of you know an alternative? (I know about Seedborn Muse, I just didn't encourage myself to split my mono-blue deck.
Do you have deck tipps for me? For defence I use Wall of Frost and for attack I thought about Avizoa.
Ah, before you tell me twice, Dichotomancy is considered to be my finisher.
Well, I have no complete dcek list yet. And that's why I am here!
thanks for reading,
