Hello guys,
here's a monoB control deck that will prevent your opponents to be able to do any move.
I built it by myself as i'm in love with some black cards as Hymn to Tourach (http://magiccards.info/query?q=hymn+to+tourach&v=card&s=cname), Dark Confidant (http://magiccards.info/query?q=dark+confidant&v=card&s=cname) and of course my favourite one Abyssal Persecutor (http://magiccards.info/query?q=Abyssal+Persecutor&v=card&s=cname).

[B][U]Discard Effects:
Yes, that's it. 11 sources of hand disruption seems like you will never start without knowing what your opponent is playing.
I'll just briefly analyze card by card my choices:

-Thoughtseize: The best 1cc "your-opp-discards" spell ever. We don't care about the loss of life as we rarely worry about constant sources of damage on the field (which is usually clean).

-Cabal Therapy: Way more synergic than Inquisition of Kozilek (http://magiccards.info/roe/en/115.html) because of Persecutors, Confidant (we can sac this guy when the situation is critical) and Blossoms! Moreover, as we often look at target player's hand we can easily name a card without paying the flashback cost.

-Hymn to Tourach: Just great, just great.

Graveyard Hate:

-Extirpate: We discard and kill creatures, we destroy they're non-basic lands with Wasteland.. Opponent's grave will always be full of interesting targets even though their deck has no grave recursions.
Then it's just perfect when you make them discard an annoying artifact and remove all the other copies.

Creture's Removal:

-Go for the Throat: The best targeting removal out there.

-Innocent Blood: As long as we play 8 creatures and sometimes we want them to die, we can just abuse of Innocent Blood.

-Geth's Verdict: 2cc Instant sac and player loses 1 life to take care of Nimble Mongoose (http://magiccards.info/query?q=Nimble+Mongoose&v=card&s=cname), Thrun (http://magiccards.info/query?q=Thrun&v=card&s=cname) or Geist (http://magiccards.info/isd/en/213.html).

The Engine:

-Dark Confidant and Sensei's are the engine of our deck: they grant its functioning and combined together mean usually game.
Until now i never needed more than that, but i am still thinking about another way to increase drawing rate without decreasing the control spells number.. (Maybe SoFI?).

The Finishers:

- Abyssal Persecutor: Super 6/6 Flying trample easily killable when the job is done with Phyrexian Tower (http://magiccards.info/query?q=phyrexian+tower&v=card&s=cname), other discards effects or even as a target of Go for the Throat (http://magiccards.info/query?q=Go+for+the+Throat&v=card&s=cname)

- Bitterblossom (http://magiccards.info/query?q=Bitterblossom&v=card&s=cname): Ok, I'm officially in love with this card. It gives us everyting we want: blockers (lethal when Collar is equipped), fliers and tons of them!

Equipments:

-Basilisk Collar: I chose this one main deck over the Jitte mainly for the deathtouch ability and the presence of blossom (No life loss in late game as we can attach the collar to an attacking faerie and then re-attach it to an untapped blocker to make it lethal). Sometimes, especially if are low life and there's a Knight of Reliquary (http://magiccards.info/query?q=Knight+of+Reliquary&v=card&s=cname) on the other side of the battlefield, we don't have time to charge the Jitte.. We can try to steal some of it, though, with our collar until we'll find a Go for the Throat or something useful!

Sideboard:
Of course the sideboard is far from completion, I just wrote down 15 cards that were black and worked fair.. However, I personally like just the choice of Ratchet Bomb (http://magiccards.info/query?q=Ratchet+Bomb&v=card&s=cname) (useful against artifacts and enchantments.. as we don't have any response to those types) and Jitte, therefore every comment will be appreciated!

I am pretty proud of the deck which seems to work smoothly. It hardly loses a game and usually grants you the match against many Tier 1 or 2.
I didn't test it enough to talk about different MU, however the only tough match i had in a while was against a counterbalance-style deck.
