Phantasmal Image
Chronozoa
Nomads en-Kor

If Chronozoa is in play, and I play Phantasmal Image copying it, it has 0 time counters and retains the ability 'if targeted, sacrifice this creature.'

If I then target the Phantasmal Image (Chronozoa copy) with the en-Kor to kill it, does it come back as a Chronozoa with the Phantasmal Image's ability as well? If so I think that means you can target all the tokens and create an infinite number of these creatures, kind of like a super virus. Does it work like I think it does?

I feel like this is one of those questions you run into during those tests to become a judge  . . .

I'll take a crack at it, but by no means am I confidant in my answer.

So, as far as I understand in how clone creatures work, they come into play quite literally as copies of whatever creature it is. The clone would come into play with the vanishing counters on it, because Chronozoa does. Targeting it would simply it kill it, you still need to wait the appropriate amount of time as you normally would.

The new tokens when the PI'd Chronozoa splits are exact copies of it, in that they will come into play with 3 counters and will immediately die upon being targeted.

Since the Image is ETBing as Chronozoa, it has Chronozoa's ETB-with ability and will ETB with three time counters.

If you kill the Image-Chronozoa while it has zero counters on it, the created copies will be Image-Chronozoas with three counters, just like the original. Copies copy printed text as modified by other copy effects and as-ETB choices.
