How does undying evil interact (if at all) with evoke?

If I evoke mull drifter is there chance to cast undying evil on it before it dies?

For example can I evoke aethersnipe return a non land permanentt to its owners hand cast undying evil, get the aethesnipe into play as a 5/5 permanently and then return another permanent .

There are two triggers usually associated with Evoke creatures:

1) Evoke trigger (sacrifice if Evoke cost was paid)
2) Enter the battlefield trigger.

You can select whichever way you want to stack those two simultaneous triggers as the creature enters the battlefield. Then, after you've stacked those two abilities, both players in turn (Active, then Non-active) have an opportunity to respond with Instant speed effects.

This would be the time to use Undying Evil if you wanted to give the creature Undying prior to its sacrifice.
