Pernicious Deed vs. Pernicious Deed vs. Thrun

So I have a Deed plus lands plus Etc. My opponent cracks his Deed for 4 to destroy my etc. If I respond by cracking my Deed for 4, his Deed trigger is still on the stack, and thus he has to regenerate Thrun twice for him to live thru the Deeds, right? Or wrong?

Two Deed activations for 4 on the stack, two regenerations required. Each regeneration shield will replace one destroy effect and then go away.
