Mentor of the Meek and Manlands

Does activating a mishras factory or blinkmoth nexus, trigger Mentor of the Meek's ability? If I pay an additional 1 plus the the one mana to activate the manlands do I get to draw a card?

Mentor of the Meek triggers on creatures entering the battlefield. Activating manlands just changes their attributes; they are already on the battlefield.
