I'm posting this again with the new date to avoid confusion.
Asgard Games (http://www.asgardgames.net) in Houston, TX will be hosting a Legacy tournament on Saturday, March 31 at 1:00pm to honor some of the local players' weddings and the store's move to its own building later in the year.
Sign-ups and deck registration will begin at 11:00am when Asgard opens and the tournament will start at 1:00pm.
The entry fee is ONLY $10.00 and the prize pool is still growing. The current list of guaranteed prizes includes 1 Unlimited Timetwister, 4 Snapcaster Mage, 2 Phyrexian Dreadnaught, 1 Dark Confidant, 1 Wasteland, 1 Jitte (signed) and all entry fees go to FURTHER prize support. In other words, store credit will be given out in addition to the cards.
Prizes will be distributed to the top 8, and store credit will be given in the form of gift cards.
For parking, there are free spots on the street behind Asgard on North Blvd and Duncan St. (see map link), and across Kirby on North and Bartlett St. Additionally, Goode Company Sea Food (on North and Duncan) has a large parking lot across the street that you can park in if you eat there.
