While I am aware that you aren't currently qualified for the invitational due to not playing enough scg events. friday at baltimore has 8man grinders for invites and they are fairly easy to obtain if you are a man of skill. (IQs are pretty easy too, but it's obviously too late for that).

Invitationals are more desireable for the sole reason that you get to play "real" legacy saturday and if you somehow scrub out you get to play even MORE legacy sunday :D

The Invitational starts at 11am on Friday (today), and I'm not sure they the would have any grinders starting at 9am (when the doors open).

Either way, good luck to you Bryant, hopefully we'll see you on the coverage of the Legacy Open on Sunday.

Thanks, but I'm unsure if they'll be doing 5K coverage. I believe the invitational runs throughout the entire weekend, that's probably more important than me. That and well... when I go to events such as GPs or SCG the TO's/commentators don't know who I am.

The Invitational will end early Sunday, as the Invitational Top 8 starts on Sunday morning. In the afternoon, they should be covering the Legacy Open's later rounds.

Also, you've made a Legacy GP Top 8 and the people at SCG working the coverage should know that. I've been impressed with how well their commentary and coverage has improved.

If that's the case I'll do my best so you guys can watch me!

Some of the more versed commentators know of you - at least of your creation of The EPIC Storm deck and its following. Don't sell yourself short, and good luck in the Opens!

Whoops, I didn't realize that they decided to make the invitationals EVEN LONGER this year, ugh. 16 rounds of magic AND a top 8 for a small pool of players is fairly ridiculous.

Also, Congrats to Bryant Cook on his performance in the standard open today. Hopefully we can see him excel as much, if not more so, in legacy tomorrow :D

Everything I know about Baltimore I learned from the HBO series The Wire. Imagine my surprise when an article entitled "Preparing for Baltimore" didn't even once mention what type of gun you're planning to carry.
