2 Marsh Flats
2 Misty Rainforest
4 Polluted Delta
4 Underground Sea
4 Watery Grave
16 lands

3 Cloud of Faeries
4 Dark Confidant
7 creatures

1 Pact of Negation
4 Brainstorm
4 Bubbling Muck
4 Dark Ritual
3 Duress
4 High Tide
4 Ponder
2 Cabal Ritual
2 Exsanguinate
2 Jace, the Mind Sculptor
4 Turnabout
3 Force of Will
37 other spells

This deck is based off of vintage bob-tendrils decks. It works by casting a draw engine(dark confidant or jace) then comboing off by using high tide/bubbling muck and rituals to cast a lethal Exsanguinate. The point of this deck is to have a resilient combo and be able to be a good control deck if the combo does not work out

Things that I would change about the deck:

1) Replace the creatures with more draw spells. Creatures are more of a liability in a combo when you need them for your gameplan.

2) I would replace the Exsanguinate plan with a flexible cunning wish plan. You could put brainfreeze and Blue Sun's Zenith in there for win conditions.

3) Since the Exsanguinates and creatures aren't needed I would cut black to protect yourself from losing to wasteland. Why make your mana base a liability because of bubbling muck?

3) Replace Jace with something that fits your combo plan more like Caldrabras or Tawnos or something.

4) Finally, I would try to fit the card Time Spiral in there as it is a very powerful card that you have access to.

Both: Jace and Bob are too slow as draw engines for a combo deck. Plus you opponent will have removal for Bob at hand more often than not. Blanking creature removal is one of Combo.dec's virutal strengths.
Bob and Tombstalker are viable SB options since most opponents will board out their entire removal suite G2/3.

I like the idea of breaking Bubbling Muck, but I don't see any advantages this approach provides compared to ANT / HighTide.dec and the likes.

Anyway, here's a modified list off the top of my head:

4 Cloud of Faeries

4 Brainstorm
4 Ponder
4 Preordain

4 Bubbling Muck
4 Dark Ritual
4 High Tide
4 Turnabout
4 Tendrils of Agony
2 Past in Flames

1 Pact of Negation
4 Duress
1 Flusterstorm

Looks like fun, but I haven't tested it..

Dark Ritual is pointless in this deck. You want to be playing 4 Tendrils of Agony and Snapcaster so you can flashback it and get a kill. Also, Meditate helps you get enough of a card density to reach 10 storm. Remand is also clutch here as it can virtual timewalk the opponents turn 2, or avoid a 3sphere or Chalice at 1. I have a list, I'll write more later.
