There is a tabernacle in play. Also, there is an ichorid in the graveyard waiting to be brought back.

The tabernacle gives an ability to creatures. That ability will trigger at the beginning of the upkeep. Since the ichorid is in the graveyard at that time, it doesn't have the ability at the time it would trigger, so no trigger goes on the stack for the ichorid. All the abilities that trigger at a given time will go on the stack before any of them start resolving.
In general, if multiple abilities trigger at the same time, you would use this rule to order them:
If an effect puts two or more objects on the stack at the same time, those controlled by the active player are put on lowest, followed by each other player’s objects in APNAP order (see rule 101.4). If a player controls more than one of these objects, that player chooses their relative order on the stack.
