I have some lands and a Snapcaster Mage on the Battlefield.
I cast Ghostly Flicker on Snapcaster and a land.
When it resolves, Snapcaster enters the battlefield again.
Can I use it's triggered ability to target Ghostly Flicker?
I assume yes, since when it resolve it should be on the graveyard, but just want to confirm.

You can.

Also; the way flicker is worded ("and/or" and a conspicious lack of "up to 2...") is it possible to target up to 6 permanents in play as long as you control at least 2 of the prerequisite type?

The rulings on gatherer imply that you can only target two things. "And/or" is likely handled as a single word meaning "some combination of".

"The two targets can have different card types. For example, you can target one artifact and one creature with Ghostly Flicker"

Up to six? Huh?

The and/or is part of the list of types - you can target any combination of the listed types, including two of the same type, but you must target exactly two things.

Another great loss for semantics I suppose. Thanks for clearing that up.
