Entreat the Angels CC

I know that when I play Temporal Mastery for 1U, his Converted ManaCcost on the stack is 7.
But what happens when I Miracle an Entreat the Angels?
If I miracle it for 3 (WW3), the cc on the stack is 9? 5?

On the stack, the cmc of a spell is always the cost that's printed on the top right, with x being factored in as the value chosen.

In your case, it's WWW plus 3 plus 3. The converted mana cost on the stack is 9. CMC is never about what you actually pay. It will usually be the same, but doesn't have to.

Another example is Flash of Insight cast via Flashback: the cmc on the stack will be 2 + the value chosen for x, despite only paying 2 mana.
