Just a quick question.
Can you Stifle the "at end of turn sacrifice Ichorid"-ability that it stays in the game?

Ichorid's Oracle Text:
At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice Ichorid.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Ichorid is in your graveyard, you may exile a black creature card other than Ichorid from your graveyard. If you do, return Ichorid to the battlefield.
Yes, you may Stifle both abilities on Ichorid - as they are triggered. The Comprehensive Rules make it really easy for us in Rule 404.1: "A triggered ability begins with the word 'when,' 'whenever,' or 'at.'"

I heard that when the beginning of the upkeep trigger is stifled, you do not remove a black card from the game. This is important to note. I could have been lied to and wrong about this detail.

This is correct, the removing of the creature from the graveyard is part of the resolution of Ichorid.
